How We Work

Don't Stop Believing

1. Get to know you, your business, your needs.

The first phase in any project is a needs assessment. We work closely with our clients to understand their issues and define their needs.

2. Define the scope of the project, timelines and fees.

We then define the project scope, provide estimated timelines and a working budget. Fees are based on either estimated time x hourly rate (varies based on service) or a fixed flat rate based on project deliverables. Our fees can be set by the hour, day, week or month depending on the scope. We track time and invoice monthly through project completion. On larger projects or ongoing relationships we ideally set up a retainer agreement and pre-bill an agreed to amount.

3. Roll up our sleeves and get to it!

Once the scope, timing, and budget is agreed to we get down to the thinking, solving and designing process. We work collaboratively with our clients and share status, seek inputs and approvals at key benchmarks and strive to deliver exceptional results.

4. Delivery and follow up

Once done we deliver our work per the project parameters. We continually follow up to ensure our clients are satisfied and do whatever it takes to ensure their business needs have been met.

5. Repeat steps 1-4!

Ideally we work on an ongoing basis with our clients establishing long standing trusted relationships.
